Description

Hi, it would be nice if I could use the buttons on the back of my Zaurus for controlling volume and playback. Especially when the lid is closed (thanks for fixing this) there is no other way to do this. Volume control should be done via the up/down switch (as in Sharp's audio player). I would suggest using the OK button for playback/pause toggling and the Cancel button for skipping to the next track. These two actions seem most common to me. Making this customizable would be great.

You can customize any key hotkey via Tools > Configuration > HotKey?. This has been in Quasar ever since I released the first version. Actually, it has been in ZPlayer, which Quasar is based on, before too. The default key assignment is different of course, but you are always free to change it. Anyway, thanks for the input!

Sorry to reopen this bug. I think I did not describe the problem correctly. While it is possible to assign the up/down keys to volume adjustment, the up/down keys on the keyboard and the up/down switch on the back of the Zaurus are not distinguished. Is it possible to recognize those buttons as different ones, so that each up/down pair can be assigned its own action?
