Nonexistent files in playlist file create playlist entries

Description

For example, an .m3u file has these two entries:

Techno/Prodigy/?01-Firestarter.ogg

Techno/Prodigy/?03/Diesel Power.ogg

The first file exists, and the second doesn't. Quasar puts two lines on the screen: one for the first file, and a second empty one for the second file. I can tell it's there because the time is 0:00, though the other columns are blank.

Should Quasar ignore playlist entries that don't exist?

No, Quasar should still display the playlist entry even if it does not exist locally. I have to check what impact checking whether the file exists has on loading large playlists. If there is no noticeable performance drawback I'll simply mark the file non-playable. Something along the lines of ticket #34 where an exclamation mark will be displayed next to the entry. So, yes, this is a bug and I'll try to fix it. :)
